NEW LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM

UPDATE:  We apologize for the delays in receiving your loyalty points.  Your points are still redeemable but at this time we need to redeem them for you manually.  Simply place a note requesting your points be redeemed in your order or contact us via email at orders@allergygrocer.com or when you call in your order.  The company we contracted with to provide this service is having technical difficulties so you can automatically access your rewards points.  We are working to find another system or means to reward you, our valued customer.  Thank you for your patience.  We appreciate your business.

As of July 1 we have started our NEW Loyalty Rewards Program and phased out our bonus/freebie products option.  We designed this program to better reward you for your purchases and loyalty with us, and allow you to select what free product(s) YOU want.    

Now you can get credit for EVERY order you place regardless of the size and choose what YOU want to get for free (instead of just mixes or some select other products we offered)!!  The more points you accrue, the more dollars you save on your future purchase. 

Here is how it works:  When you place an order with us, you will earn 1 point for each dollar you spend (excluding shipping).   Once you spend a minimum of $40 during the points accrual period (2 months) you will receive a rebate coupon to use towards a future purchase.  For every $40 you spend you receive $2.00 "back".  And now we can better thank our more loyal, frequent and/or larger purchasing customers by joining them in our silver or gold level rewards program that earns you even more bonus points for each dollar spent.   

At the end of each period we will send you an email notifying you of the store credit you have earned as a result of these accrued points.  You can then use this credit towards a future store purchase of YOUR choice!   Customers will automatically be entered into this system when they sign in to the site (sign in is required to track your rewards if you order on the website).  Customers that order by phone, mail, or email will be entered into the system by our order processing staff.   So you don't need to be online to get rewarded!
